Teen Club
Looking for something fun, hands-on, and totally different? This single-session pottery class is perfect for teens who want to explore clay in a relaxed, supportive studio setting—no prior experience needed!
In just a few hours, teens will learn the basics of hand-building with slabs and coils—two foundational techniques in ceramics—while creating their own unique clay pieces from start to finish. Whether it's a mug, tray, mini sculpture, or plant pot, students will shape, build, and decorate their work using vibrant underglazes for a pop of color and personality.
This isn't just a craft class—it’s a creative outlet. Teens will get to:
Experiment with real ceramic tools and techniques
Learn how to properly attach and shape clay forms
Play with textures, stamps, and surface patterns
Paint their work with bold, studio-quality underglazes
Leave with a finished piece ready for firing and glazing
With expert guidance from a professional ceramic artist and all materials provided, this one-off workshop is a great way to try something new, get inspired, and walk away with a fired, glazed ceramic creation to keep.
Whether your teen is an art lover or just clay-curious, this crash-course is a perfect introduction to the magic of pottery.
